Game lagging :(

Hello
I have a big problem with DSJ...whenever i start DSJ i've got lagg.I've tried everything (screen resolution,lower graphics settings,turn off pc core,turn of Nvidia card) but nothing help. Is any solution for this kind of problem or its unsolved problem ??

My PC specs:
Intel core i5 4210U
Nvidia GeForce 850 GTX
8GB RAM

i am using my GTX for sure...i can see it when i click on setup.exe

I checked nVidia control panel and there was my GTX set up as the first option...i have no idea whats going on...i have same problem in F1 challenge 09-02 game...is this a global problem where the older games cant run on new laptops ?? i am very frustrated beacuse DSJ is one of the best games for me...

I suggest checking if any useless applications aren't launched. If are, exit them. If doesn't help, change priority of process "DSJ4.exe" to High.

Guys i tried VSynch turned on than changed priority of proces DSJ4.exe to high but nothing helps i definitely resign bbeacuse nothing helps really nothing...important thing is that other older games that i've tried lagging same as DSJ
