The game is jamming

I've got problems with DSJ4 because it's jamming.
My PC:
Intel Celeron D 3,06 GHz
nVidia GeForce GT610 by MSI (drivers: 296.39 from CD)
Hard Disk WD Caviar Green 500 GB HDD
1 GB RAM DDR2.
I also use avast! Free Antivirus.

You can try to reinstall dsj, directx, and graphic drivers.
You also seem to have rather old computer and from my experience, random jamming in game(s) is very likely to be caused by broken memory. You may want to run memtest if none above works.

Reducing or turning off anti-aliasing under setup could also help.

I reinstalled DSJ4, installed newest graphic drivers and DirectX 9.29.1974 Redistributable. The game is jamming less, but is sometimes jamming. I've got antialiasing off.
And sometimes my PC is jamming.
