Error messages:
"Invalid file: /deluxe ski jump 4/<folder>/<file>"
-Delete or move the file away from your deluxe ski jump folder.
"Could not find the selected 3D adapter"
-Run DSJ4 Setup (setup.exe)
if the problem still exists, try updating you graphic drivers (you may need to run setup.exe after this to select your 3D adapter again)
"Unexpected internal error"
a) Run DSJ4.exe in administrator mode
b) Run memory test to see for faulty memory block
Other problems user might be experiencing:
"I can't see myself in http://www.mediamond.fi/dsj4/hillrecords/"
In DSJ4, go to Hill Records -> Personal Records -> <Your Name> -> Send. You can also mark the option to send hill records automatically from here.
"I can't play online"
a) You need a registered player account at the Players menu, you can do that with your registration key.
b) You have run out of online game time. Buy more at http://www.mediamond.fi/dsj4/buy/
"I get disconnected from the online server / I can't connect to online server"
Check your firewall settings and allow DSJ4.exe. If you are disconnecting randomly you can try to clean your system with virus and malware scans. Ultimately the problem may lie between your internet service provider and mediamond's server.
"I didn't receive my registration key"
First, check your email account's spam folder. The key might be there.
Second, check that the payment is complete.
