Problem with register

Hello
I bought full version about 2-3 years ago. Last month i bought a new PC and when I typed my register name and key dsj said, that is a problem with registration and i need to email to support@mediamond.fi
I send email but noone reply
Can someone help me? I don't send my registration info to other people
