Dsj 4 Online "banned"

I was enjoying dsj4 Online as usual and i am now "banned". or i think so. i will be happy if someon can help me out.
if the case that i am banned. then it is nothing else but unfair and then i will probably report this case.

The ban was due to unauthentic hill records in Garmisch-Partenkirchen HS140 and Zakopane HS134.

I have heard that but i havent cheated in this game and i dont understand how this could happend. I have paid for this. I want my acsess back

Bans are permanent.

Extract from the DSJ4 license terms:

3.2 f. You may not cheat or use exploits to gain competitive advantage over other players. If such activity is suspected Mediamond may at its sole discretion ban You from the Web Hill Records Database and from the Online Game.

I have heard about that it is possible to use cheat engine and my friend did help me somtimes. but i have only used it in training mode and i have never used that program on those hills anyway. only Planica and Kuopio.

THIS must be a BUG or something.
