Rating system in the online team cup

There was some confusion about the rating system in the online team cup, so I'll clarify the rating system here.

The change of rating is based on your individual performance. The performance of the team affects only the way your rating is calculated.

1. The qualification jump does not affect your rating at all.

2. If your team does not qualify for the second round, the change of your rating is calculated directly from your individual position on the first round.

3. If your team does qualify for the second round, the change of your rating is calculated based on your individual position on the first round and on your individual position after the second round. Your individual position on the first round is first compared against those players whose team did not qualify for the second round. Then your individual position after the second round is compared against those players whose team qualified for the second round.
